Mobile Diagnostic Imaging (MDI) is a company that provides ON-SITE modified barium swallows in the St. Louis Metropolitan area, Eastern Missouri, and Central Illinois.

MDI is composed of a physician (M.D.) and a medical speech pathologist with extensive training and experience in dysphagia.

MDI is a unique service because we bring everything including the x-ray equipment to the facility. The physician is on-site and participates in the entire study.

Mobile Diagnostic Imaging’s primary goal is to provide the highest quality modified barium swallow study for the most cost efficient price while at the same time provide education regarding dysphagia to the patient and their family/caregivers.
